Our History
Fluid Tech is a privately held limited liability company founded in 1986 by a group of like-minded nuclear industry leaders. The sole purpose of the company was to bring niche innovations to market. For the past three decades, Fluid Tech has operated successfully within those niche markets by providing reliable, safe, and environmentally conscious products and technologies to waste management projects worldwide.
In 2013, Fluid Tech was purchased by its current ownership team, who revived the company's line of solidification and stabilization products and expanded services to include system engineering, developmental research, and project management. Under current ownership, Fluid Tech has experienced significant and consistent revenue and profit growth.

Team Leadership
Greg Broda
Mr. Greg Broda (CHMM), President and owner, has worked with Fluid Tech products since 1995 and headed the acquisition of the company in 2013. In his 25-year career, he has held executive-level positions in the radioactive waste industry, overseeing business development and operations at companies including EnergySolutions, NUKEM, and Waste Control Specialists, where he specialized in the implementation of advanced processing technologies and the delivery of radioactive waste treatment systems worldwide. He is considered an expert in radioactive and mixed waste stabilization/solidification, having developed treatment formulations for both DOE and commercial nuclear clients. Mr. Broda earned a B.A. in chemistry from Vanderbilt University and completed graduate studies in chemical engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Dr. Mark Denton
Dr. Mark Denton is a world-renowned expert with over 40 years of process engineering, equipment manufacturing, and technology implementation experience in the radioactive waste and wastewater treatment industry. He has held executive positions and led technology development and deployment initiatives for some of the largest and most successful radioactive waste management companies in the world. Dr. Denton earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in nuclear chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and is the inventor or co-inventor of 12 patents. As Fluid Tech's Chief Technology Officer, he provides oversight of technical specification compliance, applied technologies, and new process development.
